Portland’s best comics convention is just a month away, and we’re excited to tell you about our RCCC plans.
First of all, we’re doing a panel called Secrets of Writing Nerd Music. Also on the panel will be Angela Webber of The Doubleclicks, Chris Waffle of Megathruster, and Scott Cushman formerly of Thundering Asteroids! We’ll be talking about the process of writing music for geeks, and how nerd music can be used as a voice for people who perhaps don’t get heard very often. It’s going to be a really great time, we think. Saturday 1pm in Panel Room 9!
Plus we will be returning to a booth on the convention floor! We’ll be selling new and old t-shirts, new and old albums, and generally causing a happy ruckus at Booth 1068. This year things are REALLY heating up, because we’re sharing a booth-island with The Doubleclicks and Kirby Krackle! 
It’ll be a nerd music oasis that is somehow also an island because this post was written just a few minutes ago with minimal editing. We’ll be in the Northwest corner, just spitting distance from the Portland Retro Gaming, Tabletop Gaming, the Supernatural car, and THE BATMOBILE.
Rose City Comic Con is the best time, for all ages, and we’re proud to be a part of it. Come by and say hello, request a song, pick up a shirt or a CD, and soak up the nerdy goodness!
